The Finance Committee has considered:                                          
                                                                               
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 22                                            
Establishing the Joint Special Committee on Ways and Means as                 
a joint committee of the legislature.                                          
                                                                               
and recommends it be replaced with:                                            
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 22(FIN)                                
Directing the Legislative Budget and Audit Committee to study                 
fiscal and other public policy issues relating to state revenue.
